Ideal for work trips and quiet stays

The hotel was in a small plaza with good restaurants and a Starbucks right there. Breakfast was good enough to kickstart the day, and our room was quiet since it was on the backside of the building.

It wasn’t inexpensive but it was still acceptable for our needs.

I spent six nights in a cozy double room, enjoying the helpful staff who assisted with local transport. The helpful breakfast from 7-11 am was a great start to my day! For the best experience, make sure to use the electronic room key for security and convenience while moving around the hotel.

The City Express By Marriott Ciudad De Mexico Tlalnepantla featured a clean and modern decor, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The accessible facilities were well-designed, allowing easy navigation throughout the hotel for seniors like myself.

Improved elevator access would enhance mobility for seniors.

The AC light was distracting at night.

I was genuinely impressed by how spotless the place was! My Double Room had everything I needed and more, with comfortable bedding and an appealing layout. Plus, the location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and even a Starbucks for that coffee fix!

perfect spot for city explorations and park visits

we really loved how close we were to Parque Hundido, which offered beautiful park views and a great place to walk, and being just a short walk from the Hacienda Santa Monica Museum made our sightseeing so much easier and enjoyable during our weekend stay.

The hotel provided a serene atmosphere, perfect for after-hours relaxation. The location was just steps away from restaurants and a cozy Starbucks.

However, the cancellation of our reservation due to a card issue meant we lost our complimentary upgrade, which was disappointing. Plus, the bright AC light made it hard to sleep.
